1. Systematic Inspection

Every piece of equipment undergoes a complete inspection before shipment.

Our checks include, in particular:

• General operating check;
• Screen and controls inspection;
• Connectors and cables inspection;
• Battery charging test;
• Verification of included accessories;
• Serial number check;
• Visual inspection of the overall condition.

No equipment is shipped until all of these checks have been successfully completed.

2. Equipment Updates

Before each rental, devices are updated whenever stable software versions are available.

Depending on the equipment, we also check:

• Activation of the required services;
• Operating settings;
• Equipment connectivity.

3. Cleaning and Disinfection

All equipment is cleaned between each rental.

Contact surfaces are disinfected using suitable products to ensure that the equipment is clean and ready for use.

4. Charged Batteries

Batteries are recharged before each shipment.

The charge level may vary slightly depending on the tests carried out during the latest quality checks.

5. Complete Inventory

Each package is prepared using the official inventory corresponding to the rented product.

Before the package is sealed, we check in particular:

• The device;
• Charging cables;
• Included accessories;
• Any relevant documentation.

Each piece of equipment is identified by its serial number to ensure full traceability.

6. Protective Packaging

Equipment is shipped in packaging suitable for transportation.

We prioritize protective solutions that minimize the risk of impact during transit.

Whenever possible, packaging is reusable in order to reduce its environmental impact.

7. Traceability

Every shipment is recorded in our internal system.

For each rental, we retain in particular:

• The device serial number;
• The shipping date;
• The carrier tracking number;
• The package inventory.

This traceability ensures reliable tracking of the equipment.

8. Return Inspection

Upon receipt of the returned package, every piece of equipment undergoes a new inspection.

We check:

• The presence of all accessories;
• Proper operation of the device;
• Overall condition;
• Any potential damage;
• Battery life;
• Compliance with the original inventory.

9. Equipment Availability

Our objective is to prepare every piece of equipment as quickly as possible in order to meet our customers' departure dates.

However, product availability depends on current reservations and shipping times.

11. Customer Recommendations

Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you:

• Immediately check the contents of the shipment;
• Report any issue within 48 hours;
• Keep the original packaging to facilitate the return of the equipment;
• Handle the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, our team remains available to assist you before, during and after your rental period.

12. A Responsible Approach

• Extending the lifespan of equipment through regular maintenance;
