At TechNautiq, we offer rental of navigation and communication equipment intended for boaters, sailors, travelers and professionals, including Garmin inReach®, Starlink Mini and other related equipment.
This policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations, refunds and the return of rented equipment.

- Between 7 and 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the rental amount.
- Less than 7 days before departure: no refund, except in exceptional circumstances accepted by TechNautiq.
Shipping costs already incurred or specific services ordered for the customer may remain payable by the customer.
3. Inability to Deliver the Equipment
If TechNautiq is unable to provide the reserved equipment for a reason beyond the customer's control (breakdown, damage, loss, logistical unavailability, etc.), the customer may choose between:

Any late return may result in additional charges.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance:
- An additional day may be charged for each day of delay started;

- Upon return.
An internal inspection report is used to verify:
- Overall condition;
- Proper operation;
- Presence of all accessories.

It will not be charged unless there is:
- Failure to return the equipment;

- Exceptional cleaning required as a result of the customer's use.
After the equipment has been inspected, the security deposit will be released as soon as reasonably possible.
